All staff are trained in the use of the latest access equipment including hydraulic platforms and cradles with up to date IPAF qualifications. All staff are issued with company uniform, with logo and the appropriate personal protective equipment that is required for the task.
Reach & Wash
The principle of the reach and wash window cleaning system is based on the use of cleaning with pure water without the need for chemicals or cleaning agents making it very environmentally friendly.
The reach and wash window cleaning system does this by converting ordinary tap water into pure water using a 3 stage filtration system. The reach and wash system explained uses a water fed extension pole where the pure water is fed instantly to the brush at the end. The brush is then moved across the window allowing the pure water to absorb and remove the dirt. The window is then rinsed to leave a streak free surface. Not only does the reach and wash system leave the window clean for longer, it also cleans the frames in doing so. The reach and wash system can reach a height of 20 metres with the operators feet firmly and safely on the ground, eliminating the need for ladders and therefore fully complies with Health and Safety legislation.
Lees Premier Cleaning contracts with both the public and private sectors and because we provide window cleaning services to many schools and sheltered housing associations, all our window cleaning employees are DBS Checked and fully trained in the use of Reach and Wash methods and the latest equipment on a regular basis.
Traditional Window Cleaning
The traditional method of window cleaning involves applying a solution to the window with an applicator and then cleaning off the solution manually with the use of a squeegee blade. Lees Premier Cleaning still offer traditional methods of window cleaning and we use this method for all our internal cleaning works.
Whatever the needs of your business for window cleaning, you can be assured that when Lees Premier Cleaning submits a quotation for window cleaning, it will not only be competitive and of a first class service, but it will also fully comply with current UK Health and Safety legislation.
